You will enjoy a hiking tour through the beautiful natural park of Magallanes Reserve on the outskirts of Punta Arenas. It was founded 1932 to protect the flora and fauna of southern Patagonia. The 13,500 hectare reserve is home to the grey fox, puma and condor and has wonderflul trekking trails among lenga trees, nirres and coigues. The first path leads you to the vantage point of Garganta Rio las Minas, while the second ascended Monte Fenton, with views across the Magellan Straits and Punta Arenas spread out below.
